US domestic shipping
Orders are thoughtfully prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. Each piece is made or sourced with intention, so delivery times may vary slightly depending on the item. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We believe good things arrive when they’re ready.
International shipping
If your country is unavailable at checkout, it simply means we’re not ready there yet. Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your location can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later it will take care of itself. It always does.
Returns
Return Cost
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We encourage thoughtful purchasing — our collections are meant to be lived with, not rushed.
30 Days to Return
If something doesn’t feel right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact page with your order number.
Returns and Exchanges
Because many of our pieces are produced in small batches or limited quantities, exchanges may not always be available. If an exchange cannot be accommodated, a refund will be issued once the return is received and inspected. Some items — including limited collectibles and personal objects — may be final sale. These will always be clearly marked.
